Our people are hands-on managers.  We work directly with our clients and their key internal and external stakeholders - whether they be the organization’s own administration, board members, employees, medical staff, patients and families, or its community partners, suppliers,  government officials and the community-at-large.

Team and Associates

Members of the Canadian Healthcare Management team have been selected for their experience, accomplishments and attitudes.   All are on the leading edge in their individual areas of expertise and all believe that innovative solutions are needed to meet today’s health care challenges.  Our partners have extensive backgrounds in the health care field and many are also experienced in working in the private sector.  As a result, we bring a business-minded approach to our work - an approach that fits with the way health care can be delivered now and how it will be delivered in the future.

Our attention is focused on the bottom line - in terms of the satisfaction of your patients and staff and on value for the dollars you spend to provide high quality health care.  It means offering the very best service to our customers - and yours - at a reasonable cost.   The Canadian Healthcare Management team believes that all patients deserve high quality health care delivered in the most efficient manner possible.

Rather than act merely as contractors, we see ourselves as partners with our clients - it’s in our interest to ensure we deliver the expected results while respecting the special culture of your organization.  This calls for an approach that’s built upon working cooperatively with our clients - to meet our shared objectives while being flexible enough to accommodate your individual requirements.
